Crystal Talent Solutions is within the Crystal System Group the unit which coordinates the group’s university alliance programs and the talent solutions and development offered to the group and its international clients and partners. Since its initiation in 2004 Crystal Talent Solutions has trained more than 15.000 students at six different public universities across south-eastern Europe. The university alliance program is managed by Crystal’s Education Manager Mrs. Maria Cherednychenko which has a long-standing university experience which helps to understand how Universities operate and what Students need.

Crystal Talent Solutions is managed by Mr. Frank Nagorschel who oversees the strategic directions and coordinates in close cooperation with Crystal’s management team the future market requirements and the development of Talents. The University of Galati came in focus as it was recognized by Crystal for its high quality in education and openness to cooperate with the private sector (Crystal) in favor of its Students. Crystal Talent Solutions appreciates the pro-active cooperation and looks forward to further years of a fruitful partnership. In 2020 Crystal System’s Educational program was nominated as one of the top three finalists by ANIS, the Employers’ Association of the Software and Services Industry in Romania (www.anis.ro).
